  • THE LARIAT

The August 1990 issue of THE LARIAT, features "Saddles of the American West" by Al Napoletano is now a valued collector item by saddle buffs.

In his early career days, Al drew for "JASOOMlAN" a magazine published by Edgar Rice Burroughs of Tarzan fame.

Al is a native westerner, lover of horses and rodeo, and many of his drawings come from memory. Others represent many hours of research; reading over old accounts until the words can be interpreted into an illustration.
